Anna Racheva

Ms. Anna V. Racheva, Ph.D., Vice President, joined the firm in July 2003. Before joining the firm, Ms. Racheva served as a management analyst, investment banking analyst, and a teaching and research assistant. Currently, she provides project management services on various financing projects.

Ms. Racheva has recently assisted the City of Temecula, City of Merced, Olivehurst Public Utility District, Lee Lake Water District, Eastern Municipal Water District, Yorba Linda Water District, Val Verde Unified School District, as well as the County of Riverside with land-secured transactions. She assisted the City of Rancho Santa Margarita and the City of Aliso Viejo with the issuance of certificates of participation, the City of Temecula with the issuance of tax allocation bonds, North Dakota State University with lease revenue bonds, Riverside County Transportation Commission with commercial paper issuance, and the County of Riverside with the issuance of pension obligation bonds.

Ms. Racheva is currently assisting the City of Dana Point, City of Rialto, City of Temecula, City of Belmont and City of Culver City, among others, with all aspects of debt structuring cash flow utilization and refinancing opportunities, as well as ad hoc financial analysis.

Ms. Racheva received her Master of Business Administration (concentration in Finance) from the University of California Riverside and her Ph.D. in Economics from the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education (CE RGE), Prague, the Czech Republic and the State of New York.
