Mr. Darryl T. Street, Vice President, returned to Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates in September 2007 after pursuing a career in investment banking. Since re-joining the firm, Mr. Street is focusing on serving the firm’s city and redevelopment agency clients.

Before leaving to work for an international investment bank, Mr. Street had worked at Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates for more than five years. During that time Mr. Street assisted clients with credit enhancement, debt structure analytics and all aspects of the competitive sale process. He provided technical assistance on various financing projects, as well as preparing quantitative analyses on bond structuring, cash flow utilization, and refinancing opportunities. He also advised clients on the effect of potential derivative financing structures under forecasted interest rate scenarios. In addition, Mr. Street provided analysis of investment alternatives, derivative products, and reinvestment of bond proceeds and capital funds. Mr. Street has assisted the State of California, The J. Paul Getty Trust, the cities of Los Angeles, Rancho Cucamonga, Belmont, San Juan Capistrano, La Canada Flintridge and Concord, the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Alameda and Amador, as well as the Redevelopment Agencies of the cities of Rialto, Orange, Rancho Cucamonga, Concord, Culver City and Buena Park, among others, in achieving their debt capital goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Street served as a debt management analyst for the City of Los Angeles. In the capacity of a debt management analyst, he constructed financial models to analyze various aspects of the Bureau of Sanitation's Wastewater commercial paper program. He also performed various ad hoc financial analyses and participated in the issuance of Judgment Obligation Bonds. Mr. Street also served as an investment agreement provider for Protective Life Insurance Company (GIC Division), headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Street structured and priced investment agreements for qualified pension funds, corporations and other entities.

Mr. Street holds an M.B.A. in finance and a B.B.A. in business management from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. In addition, Mr. Street holds the CIPFA designation as a Certified Independent Public Finance Advisor from the National Association of Independent Public Finance Advisors.
