Joshua J. Lentz

Mr. Joshua J. Lentz, Assistant Vice President, joined the firm in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lentz was a Public Finance Paralegal for over eight years with the law firm Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. While working as a Public Finance Paralegal, Mr. Lentz served as a project manager and closing coordinator on numerous financings for school districts, water districts, cities, redevelopment agencies and counties. Mr. Lentz has been involved in all aspects of public finance, including general obligation bonds, lease revenue obligations, special tax bonds, 1915 Act assessment district bonds, tax allocation bonds, enterprise revenue obligations and multifamily housing revenue bonds.
As a Public Finance Paralegal, Mr. Lentz assisted a variety of clients with their continuing disclosure annual reporting filings including multiple school districts, water districts, cities and redevelopment agencies. In addition, Mr. Lentz has been involved in forming and administrating a variety of nonprofit corporations for use in lease revenue financings and enterprise revenue financings. Finally, Mr. Lentz has assisted many organizations with real estate and title review on a range of lease-back and mortgage-back financings.
Mr. Lentz will augment the firm’s land-secured, water, K-12 school district and redevelopment agency practices. Mr. Lentz will also focus on assisting issuers with their post issuance reporting requirements, including secondary market disclosure.
Mr. Lentz received his Bachelor of Arts in History with concentrations in Economics, Political Science, Sociology and Urban geography from the Arizona State University. Mr. Lentz is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California.
