Lawrence G. Rolapp
Mr. Lawrence G. Rolapp, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, joined the firm in 1977. He has been involved with hundreds of financing projects that have funded billions of dollars of public improvements. Mr. Rolapp served two terms as a Board member of the Washington D.C. based National Association of Independent Public Finance Advisors and was appointed by four different California State Treasurers to the Technical Advisory Committee of the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission.
Mr. Rolapp is frequently called upon as a speaker on the subject of public finance and has been a University of California Los Angeles, Davis, Berkeley and San Diego extension course lecturer.
Mr. Rolapp received his undergraduate and graduate Business degree from the University of Southern California.
