Martin Nohe
Mr. Martin “Marty” Nohe, Vice President, joined the firm in early 2008. He is a 30-year public finance veteran and has successfully completed over 1,000 municipal bond transactions, primarily in the Midwest. One of Mr. Nohe’s objectives is to assist existing and new clients of the firm with an understanding of strategies for analyzing, structuring and implementing financing for the development of workforce and affordable housing.
Mr. Nohe has been actively involved in numerous civic activities during his career, notably one of these was serving as Chair and a Commission Member of the Governor’s Commission on Housing, State of Kansas.
Mr. Nohe has held the following NASD security licenses: Series 7 General, Series 24 Principal and Series 53 Municipal Principal. He is also a Certified Independent Public Finance Advisor through the National Association of Independent Public Finance Advisors.
Mr. Nohe received his undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas and spent several years in the field of City Management prior to entering the Public Finance Field.
