Ryan J. Chiriboga
Mr. Ryan J. Chiriboga, Associate, joined Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates in June 2006. Since joining the firm, Mr. Chiriboga has focused his quantitative skills into working with the City of San Marcos, the City of Sparks, and San Bernardino County. He has also performed debt management research in the areas of electric utilities, public universities and school districts. Mr. Chiriboga is currently involved in empirical research for municipal swaps and methods of sale.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chiriboga was an Intern Analyst with the City of San Marcos. While there, he was involved with CFD maintenance, preparation of annual special tax levies, and the development of new revenues for the City’s general fund.
Mr. Chiriboga received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and is currently writing his Master’s thesis to complete a Masters of Arts in Economics from the San Diego State University.
