Terri Stiles
Ms. Terri Stiles, PHR, Director of Human Resources and Administration, joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stiles was Director of Human Resources for a mid-sized manufacturing company as part of their Senior Executive Management team with responsibility for the planning and execution of all Human Resources strategies. In her previous role she designed and implemented the talent development, recruiting, compliance, employee relations and benefit administration processes. She comes to the firm with over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience and has demonstrated strong skills in business management and organizational development.
Ms. Stiles is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
Ms. Stiles attended California State University, Fullerton with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and holds the nationally recognized Professional in Human Resources certification.
