Theresa S. Koehler
Ms. Theresa S. Koehler, Associate, joined Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates in June, 2007. Ms. Koehler provides quantitative and credit support for the firm’s financial advisory engagements. Her responsibilities include conducting general market and credit research, assisting with negotiated and competitive sales and preparing comparisons and evaluations of proposals. In addition, Ms. Koehler provides project support and compiles general market information, including secondary trading levels of client bonds.
Ms. Koehler is currently engaged in financings for a variety of municipal clients, including: the issuance of certificates of participation to construct a civic center facility for the City of Vista; the investment of an outstanding Unfunded Accrued Actuarial Liability for the City of Rancho Palos Verde; the issuance of over $5 Billion of Revenue Anticipation Bonds for the State of California; and formation of a community facilities district and the issuance of special tax bonds for the County of Hawaii.
Ms. Koehler holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University School of Law and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
