Ms. Un Chu Reardon, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in November 2019 and is based in Washington State. With over 20 years of experience, she is an expert in the area of public finance for a wide range of public agencies including cities, counties, k-14 districts, special districts and transportation agencies. Additionally, Ms. Reardon has been involved with assisting a variety of public agencies with capital facilities funding plans with debt programs utilizting certificates of participation, general obligation bonds, lease revenue bonds, sales tax revenue bonds, tax increment bonds, toll revenue bonds, and water and wastewater revenue bonds.

Ms. Reardon spent over 15 years as an investment banker specializing in public finance.  She is a member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO), Washington Finance Officers Association (WFOA) and the Committee on Assessments, Special Taxes and other Financing Facilities (CASTOFF).

Ms. Reardon received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies (concentration in Economics) and in Anthropology from the University of Washington, Seattle. Ms. Reardon holds Series 50 and Series 54 licenses and can be contacted at ureardon@fieldman.com.
