Mr. Danny Jasper, MBA joined the firm in August 2012.  Since joining the firm, Mr. Jasper has focused on serving the firm’s city, county, special district and transportation clients. He also worked for Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority where he managed a multi-billion dollar bond portfolio and implemented Bondlink for the agency to consolidate its debt program and increase transparency for bondholders. Mr. Jasper is skilled at developing complex quantitative analysis and cash flow modeling for the valuation and structuring of revenue-based projects, non-rated transactions, and special tax backed obligations.   He has worked on a multitude of transaction types including toll revenue bonds, sales tax revenue bonds, green bonds, certificates of participation, tax allocation bonds and wastewater bonds with an aggregate par amount in excess of $8 billion.

Mr. Jasper received his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Florida Institute of Technology and his bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in Investments from California State University, Long Beach, where he served as Treasurer and Vice President of the Financial Management Association, as well as an Equity Analyst in SMIF (Student Managed Investment Fund).  While at Long Beach State, he produced the winning proposal to the CFA Society of Orange County, which resulted in procuring an additional $100,000 to invest in the SMIF.  He also participated in the Mentoring Business and Community Scholars Program and is an active member of the professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.
