Ms. Lora Nichols, Vice President, joined the firm in March 2014. Since joining the firm, Ms. Nichols has been active with the firm’s electric, hydroelectric and water utility clients. She has worked on a variety of transactions which include both fixed and variable Revenue Bonds and Certificates of Participation. She has worked with many of our large utility clients structuring bond offerings and conducting credit analyses and preparing credit presentations. Her mathematics and analysis background provides the essential skills sets when preparing quantitative analyses to support transaction structures and researching relevant market conditions and events.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nichols served as an Office Clerk for a surgeon of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Orange and a Teacher’s Assistant for the Geology Department at Bucknell University.

Ms. Nichols received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University.
