Melinda Kays, Associate of Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates, joined the firm in May 2021. Since joining the firm, Ms. Kays has been assisting with the firm’s City and County clients. Before joining the firm, Ms. Kays worked as a Payroll Specialist and an Accounting Assistant in Honolulu, HI.
Ms. Kays received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and in Anthropology, both from the University of Washington. She is a registered municipal advisor representative and holds the Series 50 license.
