Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates Inc. (“Fieldman”), an independent financial adviser (Municipal Advisor) to public agencies, has been assisting clients by providing financial advice regarding municipal bond financing activities since 1966. The Company has continued to grow and provide services for:

Fieldman works with clients, primarily in California, to facilitate financing of capital projects including facilities such as roads, water systems and sewer systems, schools, flood control projects and major public buildings. “Independent” means we have no relationship, direct or otherwise, with any municipal bond underwriter, broker/dealer or developer. In 2015, Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates worked on 112 separate bond issues for a par amount of $4.35 Billion and in 2016, 98 separate bond issues for a par amount of $4.75 Billion.

Fieldman’s primary office is located in Irvine in Orange County, California. While the Company’s primary office is located in Irvine, California the firm is in an expansion phase and may open additional offices in Northern California in the near future.
